Our Story

Built across two markets, half a century apart.

LL Services Sdn. Bhd. is established in Malaysia, providing corporate secretarial, bookkeeping, and tax services. The Malaysian practice grows into a multi-decade operating foundation across the corporate end of the local market.

1970s

LL Services Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore to serve the regulated end of the same market: fund managers under MAS supervision, founders setting up regional entities, and families establishing single family offices. The Singapore firm is built on the discipline of the Malaysian practice, applied to a more demanding regulatory environment.

2025

LL Services International operates as one firm across both jurisdictions, run by a team of named people and supported by long-term partners. The work is the same in both markets: the operational discipline that holds a regulated business together.

Our Malaysian practice has supported businesses across corporate, tax, and accounting work since the 1970s. From that foundation, we built a Singapore firm to serve the regulated end of the same market. Cross-border work is not a special project for us. It is the practice.
